Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) Le Maître d'Ouvrage examine avec l'Architecte les modalités de réalisation de l'ouvrage, décide du mode de consultation des entreprises, après avis de l'Architecte, et dresse, avec celui-ci, la liste des entreprises à consulter, L'Architecte rassemble les éléments du projet nécessaires à la consultation permettant aux entrepreneurs consultés d'apprécier la nature, la quantité, la qualité et les limites de leurs prestations et d'établir leurs offres, à savoir : - plans, coupes, élévations cotés à l'échelle suffisante (généralement 1/50), - tous détails nécessaires aux échelles appropriées, - devis descriptifs détaillés par corps d'état, - cadres de décomposition des offres des entreprises, - programme envisagé du déroulement des travaux, L'Architecte assiste le Maître d'Ouvrage pour l'établissement des pièces complémentaires administratives accompagnant le projet et constituant le dossier de consultation : Règlement Particulier d'Appel d'Offres, Cahiers des Clauses Générales et Particulières, projet de marché ou d'acte d'engagement, liste des documents contractuels avec leur ordre de priorité... Le Maître d'Ouvrage approuve le dossier de consultation et le fournit aux entreprises consultées. Mise au point des marchés L'Architecte assiste le Maître d'Ouvrage lors du dépouillement des offres des entreprises, Procède à l'analyse de celles-ci et établit son rapport, Met au point les pièces constitutives du marché en vue de sa signature par le Maître d'Ouvrage et l'entrepreneur.
